THE SWEET AND LOVING MOTHER

Goddess Maha Kali, black in color, is the One who gives birth to this creation, to all beings, and into which creation and its beings disappear again, once they have completed their life cycle. She appears fierce and gruesome, but for those who love Her, She is the sweetest and most loving of all.

DID YOU KNOW?

As Maha Kali, She represens the Absolute. As Kali, She is incarnated in every human being as Kundalini Shakti. Through loving devotion to Her, one is able to perceive Her as ones own true essence inside the body, realising all of creation as Her play.

"And when we look at Kalaratri, you know, She is very fierce, no? Very terrifying. Why do you think She is terrifying? To whom is She terrifying? A Mother how terrifying She is, actually, She is the sweetest of all. But for all the demons which is inside She will appear very terrifying. So, even in that form She is the sweetest, what She gives, how close She is."

Paramahamsa Vishwananda
