INSPIRING YOUR AKY PRACTICE WITH THE WISDOM OF THE GITA

AKY is a spiritual practice that draws many parallels from the Bhagavad Gita. The practice of AKY is a treasure for those wanting to attain the knowledge of the self and is part of the journey found in the Gita.

Connecting our journey of AKY with the journey of the soul and the love of God within the Gita brings AKY home to the fullness of what it was, is and has always been.

Participants attending this retreat will get a deeper perspective of their kriya practice by taking inspiration from the Gita. The retreat will be informative, relaxed, very practical and help give you a great understanding of your Kriya practice.

Supported by the SPN Swamis you will also be able to enjoy the Babaji Day celebration.

DID YOU KNOW?

By controlling the prana, inhaling and exhaling, your breath becomes a yajna, an inner yajna. So when you remember the divine with every breath and are aware that Lord Krishna, Narayana Himself is present, the process becomes consecrated and automatically leads you to Self-realisation.

“Wake up and realise your Self!” Mahavatar Babaji has given Atma Kriya Yoga to humanity for Self-realisation – and to you to move from the purely human state to the divine state.”

Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda

WHAT TO EXPECT

The Shree Peetha Nilaya Swamis will facilitate the retreat. The retreat will be not packed full to give you personal space to simply “be”. There will be plenty of chances to connect with nature on the Japa walks, to focus the mind and go deeper into your Kriya practice using the wisdom of the Gita.
