EXPRESS YOUR SOUL

Atma Kriya is undoubtedly one of the best techniques to bring more positivity and divine focus into your life. Given by the Masters Paramahamsa Vishwananda and Mahavatar Babaji, this contemporary form of Kriya is designed to awaken love for God, in line with Navadha Bhakti (the nine forms of devotion). Join this special retreat to deepen your practice and understanding—centred around the precious Darshans with Paramahamsa Vishwananda, and enriched by the celebration of Babaji Day.

“Wake up and realise your Self! Mahavatar Babaji has given Atma Kriya Yoga to humanity for Self-realisation—and to you—to move from the purely human state to the divine state.”

— Paramahamsa Vishwananda

TIME TO GO WITHIN

DARSHANS WITH PARAMAHAMSA VISHWANANDA

Darshan is time in Guruji’s presence where devotion becomes real and personal. People arrive with prayers, questions, or simply the need to reconnect, and often leave with quiet inner clarity. Whether it’s a blessing, a few words, or a moment of silence, darshan is felt as grace that strengthens faith and renews the wish to live closer to God.

BABAJI DAY CELEBRATION

Mahavatar Babaji is regarded as an immortal yogi who appeared on Earth 5,000 years ago and is said to live in the Himalayas to this day. More than 1,800 years ago, He vowed to remain in a physical body to support humanity on the path to enlightenment. Known as the Father of the Kriya Yoga traditions, His grace is remembered as the source through which Atma Kriya Yoga was received—a meditation practice that supports a personal, loving relationship with God.

DAILY ATMA KRIYA YOGA IN-DEPTH SESSIONS

Daily Atma Kriya Yoga in-depth sessions support practitioners who want to mature in the practice, not just repeat it. Attention is given to the finer points—breath, focus, and inner attitude—and how to keep the heart connected throughout. This daily rhythm helps Atma Kriya become a stable anchor, leading the mind inward while keeping devotion at the center.

THE NINE FORMS OF BHAKTI

The nine forms of bhakti offer a clear path of devotion, from listening and chanting to service, prayer, and full self-offering. They appear naturally through satsang, kirtan, temple worship, japa, and seva, so devotion is lived in many ways, not just one. This gives everyone a practical entry point while still pointing toward loving surrender to God.

SPECIAL OM CHANTING SESSIONS

Special OM Chanting sessions create a strong field of sound and togetherness, where the vibration of OM is used for inner balance and for the benefit of the environment. Many experience calm, clarity, and a softer heart as the chanting continues. It’s held both as a spiritual practice and as seva—an offering of harmony outward, not only something kept for oneself.
