Atma Kriya Yoga steht heute jedem offen, unterrichtet durch eingeweihte Lehrer von Paramahamsa Vishwananda. Dadurch bekommst du in deinem Kurs nicht nur das nötige Rüstzeug, sondern auch eine Shaktipat-Energieübertragung, die sozusagen den Schlüssel für dein neues Lebensgefühl bedeutet – sofern die Übungen regelmäßig und aufrichtig gemacht werden.

WER GIBT DEN KURS?

• Triambhakeshwari's einfühlsame Lehrweise, gestützt auf ihre langjährige Erfahrung, ermöglicht es den Schülern, das Wissen und die Instrumente zu erlangen, um das Leben anzunehmen und zu umarmen. Als Rishika und Nonne bei Bhakti Marga lebt sie seit vielen Jahren in Dankbarkeit an der Seite ihres spirituellen Meisters, Paramahamsa Vishwananda, und unterrichtet in Meditation, Atma Kriya, Sri Yantra, OM Chanting und der Bhagavad Gita. Darüber hinaus organisiert sie Retreats an verschiedenen Orten weltweit.

• Die Unterrichtssprache ist Deutsch. Auf Wunsch stellen wir gerne einen englischsprachigen Lehrer zur Verfügung, damit du am Wochenende teilnehmen kannst. Für andere europäische Sprachen können Anfragen gestellt werden (E-Mail siehe weiter unten unter "Gruppenanfragen").

• Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich. Kenntnisse in Yoga-Asanas oder Meditation sind hilfreich, aber nicht zwingend notwendig. Komm zu diesem Kurs, wenn er sich für dich stimmig anfühlt!
