During the event “RAM NAVAMI 2026”, organised by Bhakti Marga, photos and video recordings may be taken and published. Bhakti Event GmbH (Am Geisberg 1–8, 65321 Heidenrod-Springen, Germany) is responsible for media production and processing. The recordings are made available on the shared Bhakti+ App platform, which is jointly operated by Bhakti Event GmbH and Bhakti Marga America (the Church) in accordance with Article 26 GDPR. Both entities have agreed on their respective responsibilities for data protection, and the essential information about this arrangement is available in the Privacy Policy. Technical backups or mirrored copies of the content may be stored on servers located outside the European Union.

  I agree that Bhakti Event GmbH may take photos and videos of me during the event and use them for publication on Bhakti Marga’s official channels — including the Bhakti Marga website, Facebook, YouTube, Flickr, the Bhakti+ App, and other Bhakti Marga media platforms — for documentation or promotional purposes. Some of these platforms (for example YouTube, operated by Google LLC, USA) are based outside the European Union. This may involve the transfer of personal data (e.g. video, audio, user interactions) to a third country where the level of protection may not be equivalent to the GDPR. In particular, US authorities may have access to such data without providing the same enforceable rights and remedies available in the EU. My consent is voluntary. I understand that I can refuse to give consent or withdraw it at any time with future effect, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. This may involve the transfer of personal data to a country outside the EU where the same level of protection under the GDPR cannot be guaranteed, and where US authorities may have access to such data.
