• During the event “KRISHNA JANMASHTAMI 2026”, organised by Bhakti Marga, photo, audio and video recordings may be created and published for purposes of spiritual documentation, livestreaming, community communication and media publication. For more information please click here

  Bhakti Event GmbH (Am Geisberg 1–8, 65321 Heidenrod-Springen, Germany) is responsible for the production, processing and publication of the photo and video recordings related to the event. The recordings may be made available via the Bhakti+ App platform, which is hosted exclusively on servers located within the European Union and operated by Bhakti Event GmbH. For users located outside the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), audiovisual content may additionally be distributed or made accessible by Bhakti Marga America acting as an independent controller under applicable non-EU laws. No joint controllership pursuant to Article 26 GDPR exists between Bhakti Event GmbH and Bhakti Marga America. Recordings may furthermore be published worldwide through official Bhakti Marga channels and platforms, including the Bhakti+ App, Bhakti Marga websites, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Flickr and other official media channels. Some service providers or platforms may be located outside the EU/EEA. The processing and publication of photo and video recordings are generally based on your voluntary consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. In certain cases, recordings may additionally be processed on the basis of contractual agreements concluded with participants, speakers, teachers, performers, volunteers or other contributors pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Participation in the event is possible without granting consent to the publication of recordings, unless the creation or use of recordings forms part of a separately agreed contractual activity. Any consent granted may be withdrawn at any time with future effect. Some of these platforms (for example YouTube, operated by Google LLC, USA) are based outside the European Union. This may involve the transfer of personal data (e.g. video, audio, user interactions) to a third country where the level of protection may not be equivalent to the GDPR. In particular, US authorities may have access to such data without providing the same enforceable rights and remedies available in the EU. My consent is voluntary. This may involve the transfer of personal data to a country outside the EU where the same level of protection under the GDPR cannot be guaranteed, and where US authorities may have access to such data.
