ATMA KRIYA YOGA – DEIN SCHLÜSSEL FÜR EIN NEUES LEBEN

Meditation, Yogastellungen, Atemübungen und Mantra-Wiederholung sind Teil deiner täglichen Atma Kriya Praxis. Dabei steht es dir frei, ob du nur 20 Minuten oder 50 Minuten pro Tag üben möchtest. Dieser Meditations-Kurs gibt dir an einem Wochenende eine ganze Schatztruhe voller Werkzeuge, die dich unterstützen, du selbst zu werden – in Verbindung mit dem Göttlichen. Vergleiche dich nicht mehr mit anderen Menschen, sondern entdecke deinen eigenen Wert mit Atma Kriya Yoga. Wir freuen uns auf dich!

WER GIBT DEN KURS?

• Ambika unterrichtet seit über 15 Jahren Atma Kriya Yoga Kurse. Sie teilt mit Leidenschaft, wie diese Techniken ihr geholfen haben, das Leben in vollen Zügen zu genießen, alltägliche Herausforderungen zu meistern und sich selbst tiefgehend zu erforschen. Als Nonne im Ashram strahlt sie unaufhörlich Positivität aus und führt diese unerschöpfliche Inspiration auf das harmonische Zusammenspiel zwischen ihren täglichen Verpflichtungen und ihrer engagierten Praxis von Atma Kriya Yoga zurück.

• Die Unterrichtssprache ist Deutsch. Auf Wunsch stellen wir gerne einen englischsprachigen Lehrer zur Verfügung, damit du am Wochenende teilnehmen kannst. Für andere europäische Sprachen können Anfragen gestellt werden (E-Mail siehe weiter unten unter "Gruppenanfragen").

• Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich. Kenntnisse in Yoga-Asanas oder Meditation sind hilfreich, aber nicht zwingend notwendig. Komm zu diesem Kurs, wenn er sich für dich stimmig anfühlt!
