Bhakti Marga

“It’s really beautiful to see that youngsters are moving towards spirituality, and I think this is great in the world today. It’s really a grace to be spiritual, and to receive it at such a young age.” – Paramahamsa Vishwananda

The Bhakti Summer Sangha is a program specifically tailored for young adults from ages 16 to 25 at Shree Peetha Nilaya. For those genuinely interested in growing spiritually, an environment is provided where one can explore and nurture their Divine creativity, deepen their knowledge of all things Bhakti, such as music, art and scripture, and to realize the Love of God in their daily lives.

The Summer Sangha gives the tools required to live a purposeful life by practicing spirituality in the way Paramahamsa Vishwananda teaches it.  The young adults will learn skills that will allow them to have a solid foundation in spirituality which they can utilize for the rest of their lives.

Sangha Structure

Kirtan and music practice, Bhakti Marga prayers, bhakti study classes and garden seva, form the core structure of the program; allowing plenty of time for fun and healthy recreational activities.

There will be an introduction to the Summer Sangha week on the evening of the 24th from 20:00 - 21:00 for all those that are attending - getting to know one another and a short group game to kick off the week. The overnight stay from the 24th-25th is included in the cost of 160€ for the Summer Sangha retreat. An e-mail will be sent out to all those who have registered a couple of weeks prior to the event with more details about the retreat itself.
