I agree that during the event “Just Love Festival 2025”, organised by Bhakti Marga, Am Geisberg 1-8, 65321 Heidenrod, Germany photos and/or video recordings of me may be taken. Bhakti Event GmbH is responsible for media production and processing. These recordings may be used for the following purposes:
• Livestreaming (real-time)
• Video-on-demand / music-on-demand content services
• Publishing on Bhakti Marga platforms such as:
· the official website
· Facebook
· YouTube (@ParamahamsaVishwananda108)
· Flickr
· other internet-based networks, Bhakti Marga’s media platforms, or mobile apps
These recordings may reveal information about my religious or ideological beliefs, and therefore qualify as special category data under GDPR Article 9.The recordings may be saved and used for the above-mentioned purposes.
Third-Country Data Transfer Notice
Livestreams and published recordings may be hosted on third-party platforms such as YouTube, operated by Google LLC, a company based in the United States. This involves the transfer of personal data (e.g. video, audio, user interactions) to a third country outside the European Union where the level of data protection may not be equivalent to that guaranteed by the GDPR. For the Bhakti Marga Media Platform, the responsible entity for users located in the United States is Bhakti Marga America (the Church). For users located in the European Union, the responsible entity is Bhakti Event GmbH (BM International / BM EU). Both entities operate the platform jointly in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Right to Withdraw Consent
I understand that my consent is voluntary, and I may refuse to give or withdraw my consent at any time, with effect for the future.
